Rules of Procedure

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

1. International shipments are carried out via GLS EurobusinessParcel, GEIS and PEKAES.
2. Estimated delivery time is expressed in working days.
3. The maximum shipment weight for GLS EurobusinessParcel is 30 kg. The cost of transport for shipments heavier than 30 kg is priced individually.
4. In justified cases, we reserve the right to refuse to ship the order abroad.
5. We reserve the right to refuse to ship goods that are susceptible to damage in transit or that are oversized.
6. International shipments are made only after paying for the order.
7. International transport for oversized and heavy shipments, i.e. heaters, boilers, furnaces, exchangers and lagging is determined individually.
   The maximum shipment weight for GEIS and PEKAES forwarding is 800 kg. In order to calculate the cost of transport, please contact the store staff.
8. In the case of a shipment addressed to France, the cost of transport indicated in the basket does not include shipment to Corsica.
9. In the case of a shipment addressed to Spain, the transport cost indicated in the basket does not include shipment to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Melille, Ceute, Gibraltar, Andorra
10. We offer international transport throughout the European Union. If you do not see the country to which you want to address the package in the basket, please contact us.
11. When paying in a currency other than PLN, possible fees imposed by the bank should be taken into account.
